The University of Batna 2 has received the possibility to nominate a Staff Mobility for teaching at Riga Technical University (RTU) in Latvia. The Mobility period consists of 1 Week (5 days of Teaching activities and 2 days of Travel).

• Targeted students: Licence, Master.
• Subject Area: ICT and Engineering.

Conditions:

In addition to the conditions of the RTU, applicants from the University of Batna 2 must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Applicants must be permanent teachers at the University of Batna 2, with at least 3 years of experience.
2. Applicants should not have previously benefited from a mobility grant unless it was in the context of a specific cooperation. In such cases, eligibility for the mobility will be decided by the Rector.
3. The field of teaching for this program is limited to the subject Areas aforementioned.
4. Applicants must have a good level of English language (level B2 or higher) or Latvian language (level of B1 or higher).

The interested teachers to carry-on this mobility are invited to fill the form below, and must provide in a single PDF the documents (PDF named as: First Last name_Grade_Speciality.PDF):

• Curriculum Vitae and a motivation letter (in English).
• Work Certificate, valid for the current academic year (2023-2024).
• Copy of passport (2 first pages).
• English certificate (level B2 mandatory) or Latvian certificate (level B1).
• The proposed course objectives and guidelines (in English).

Important Notes:

• Please note that if selected by RTU, the candidate will be responsible for financing his own trip and means of subsistence. However, he will receive a mobility grant after its completion.
• The Staff Mobility period consists of one week, which includes five days of Teaching Activities (8 hours) and two days for travel.
